Not As Nice As They Appear
Though employees are very friendly it takes weeks for necessary repairs. I rented for 4 years. It took 3 weeks to get a washer repaired. Almost a month to repair the central air unit. Trash and large, loud groups of people made it very unpleasant. Woke up at 4am once to sounds of police dogs and drug task force knocking in doors of some units. Wouldn't suggest renting there to anyone.

calvert heights
I've been living in my apartment for about 4 years now and it is a nice place. Maintaince is wonderful and the community is nice. The rent is very reasonable and the landlord is very respectful and polite. There was a bug problem at first but they handled it very quick
