The apartment and amenities are really great however most of the times there is only one elevator working at a time which makes it pretty time consuming to get up or down

I am enjoying the building and the surrounding environment a lot. The people in the building can be loud and cause the fire alarm to go off too much. However, many are nice and friendly towards each other.

The nine at college park has small delays within their leasing office; yet, good customer service. Elevators do not operate well and break down frequently.

Trying to get in contact with this apartment complex is a complete nightmare. As well as leasing process is very confusing and the front office was unable to provide much guidance.

By bathroom mirror peeled off and fell on my leg, had to get stitches. Nobody still ain’t come and put up a new mirror.
There’s a shortage in a power outlet, and overall this building is really cheap. Although I’m grateful for having a roof over my head, and the hospitality provided by staff here, for its price, it’s just too cheap for me to spend thousands of dollars on rent here.
