The apartment turnover was lazy and not well done. The issues I spoke about on my tour I was told would be fixed by move in and that did not happen. It was also dusty and my toilet was dirty! I have caught mice and I swear I can hear them in the walls. The walls are so thin when I first moved in my neighbors woke me up every morning and still do sometimes. This place is over priced for the lack of care and effort put into it. I know 2 months free is enticing but just know what you’re getting... into.

Avoid at all costs
I live in 2 bedroom apartment, for 2 years. Oddly on my floor my neighbor's bathroom and in my bathroom, the ceiling leaked water.
I have submitted numerous Work orders in July and August. The issue still exists. Finally management told me that it will be fixed on Friday, Aug 15, 2025 via a letter. No contractor came on Aug 15. I got another official letter stating contractors will now come Aug `18 and fix this issue.
On Aug 18, 2 guys came made a hole on the wall and left. See attached... photo. I have been taking showers at the YMCA because of this issue. Can you believe it?
I hear numerous apartments are vacant in the property. Management is giving out 1 month free. Do you really want to be stuck in a place like this?
