Look around some place else
Its small for the amount of money that you have to pay. Be careful where it says " Prices subject to change". They didn't lie. by the time you add everything up, its not worth it. Cheap materials, such as cabinets that will come unhinded, shelves in closets not sturdy. They go up on your rent every year. Like I said its not worth the price. Was suppose to have fitness center when we moved in..NOPE! Playground, need fencing, ground around it, to marshy to let your kids play around it. They... complain about the least little thing, like your in 1st grade. Ask yourself why people don't stay. I did like some of the neighbors, and I do miss them!

Nice and quiet
It is so quiet and relaxing at Brant Ct even tho everything is so accessible. Love the events for the tenants..always fun. Great property crew.

Great Experience
Was looking for an apartment and stopped at Brant Court. The apartments were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The staff was amazing. They were very help and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. This company is very lucky to have two very dedicated employees who obviously love their job! Thank you!
