Roaches
This property has a roach issue. I saw them since the first day I had my keys. In the first week I bombed twice before moving my things in. I had to have more than 5 pest control treatments in the 3 months that I've been here. I'm not happy with this choice.

The apartments are located in a great spot, back up to wooded area, quite, with in walking distance to library, grocery store etc

It's not stable.... (Verified Renter)
It's not stable. I've had 3 different manager in 3 year hear. Maintenance is none. They have to come from other properties. I'm hoping Lincoln do better job.
