Grocery shopping approximately 1 mile from the house, and you're a 10 minute drive to Columbia Mall and the Hospital. Access from the garage to the space and the rear deck and patio is all handicapped accessible, including accessible bathroom and shower. The space is leased furnished as shown. A small office and storage are available for additional fees. While there is a pool, it may not be in use this year. Laundry and full kitchen are shared, but the space does have a private kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave.
Electric, gas, water and high-speed internet (accessed via wi-fi) are included in the rental price.
No smoke of any kind is permitted inside the house or on the property.
Pets will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will require a $500 pet deposit.
