Our experience with Gateway Apartments after moving out in March 2024 has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Despite multiple requests for a final statement, we did not receive one until November 2024—a staggering seven-month delay. Releasing a final statement so late, especially around the holiday season, is both careless and ethically questionable.
When we finally received the statement, the itemized list of charges did not match the total amount listed, with a $120... discrepancy. Attempts to clarify this inconsistency were met with silence, leaving us with unresolved concerns about the accuracy of the charges.
Working with Rosy, the assistant property manager, only compounded the frustration. She repeatedly refused to address our questions via email, making the process unnecessarily drawn-out and stressful. This lack of transparency and accountability is inexcusable in a professional setting.
We are deeply disappointed by Gateway Apartments' handling of our move-out process. Their failure to provide timely, accurate information and their unwillingness to engage constructively reflects poorly on their management practices. Renters deserve better.
