Let’s see what’s in store
First impression is everything and the management office seem unorganized. The wait times to address current and future tenants were long. I think they have a backlog. They did their best to assist everyone . Victoria was extremely helpful. The other leasing assistants were as well. Hopefully when reaching out to maintenance it will be a smooth process. Again, the leasing office consultants were knowledgeable and very helpful. The 2 and 3 bedrooms are very nice. The neighborhood is quiet at... night . I thank Penrose for making the community/development affordable. I look forward to my new home and can’t wait to provide an update after I move in!
