I’ve lived here for 3.5 years, so I’ve been here from the very beginning. Like any apartment complex, there have been growing pains. Management has changed twice, which is typical for this community since the first company wasn’t originally intended to serve as a management company. There’s room for improvement in cleanliness, parking, and community events. After the first management company transitioned out, the sense of community faded, which led me to focus on the future—ultimately, my... decision to leave. That said, this isn’t the worst community I’ve lived in. It has its positives, but the lack of consistency and engagement from management made it harder to feel at home.
