Bedbugs infected
The apartment is a jungle for mice and bedbugs. We have been living in the apartment for over three year. Our lease was renewed automatically despite we told them we there living before the lease expired and now they are forcing us to pay to break the lease or stay in the apartment infected with bedbugs and mice.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review! The Leasing Manager has been in communication with you via phone and face to face communication, regarding your concerns. When a valued residents apartment is up for renewal, we always send a... notice 90 days before the expiration of your current lease agreement to inform of the renewal of your lease and outline the new rental amount. Please understand, you must provide written notice of your intent not to renew your lease agreement, as this is outlined in your lease. In addition, a plan of action has been thoroughly discussed and letters have been sent to your residency regarding your concerns. Should you like to have further discussion, we would be happy to speak with you in the leasing office or email us at setonpark2@marylandmgmt.com.
