Worst apartment living experience EVER.
Me and my husband and son rented a unit at the Aria back in summer 2020, it was oddly easy application process, but we shortly figured out why, management was still under development and we were being promised false information about the new establishing apartment building. We were promised outside roof top lounge for residents, apartment lobby receptionist, trash removal, and parking garage for residents. None of that was ever put into effect during our lease. We had constant problems with... management and on going construction. November 24th, 2020, evening before Thanksgiving the building's outer wing on the third floor collapsed all the way to the first floor, leaving ALL tenants without a home due to the county condemning the building. UGO management did little to nothing to assist residents in finding a place to go and refused to aid us with shelter and alternative living costs. Come to find out they held a temporary license to rent out the building to students who would attend the near by college. I would NEVER recommend anyone to rent from them. They are a very bootleg company.
