Acclaim at Lake Largo Apartments

This places gets one star for the location. Week one of me living here I’ve dealt with leaks, broken cabinets in kitchen and closets, broken doors. Maintenance doesn’t fix the issue they cover it up. Front office does not communicate well, their phones are always off or they left early. When a vendor is “scheduled” to come to your unit they give no proper notice and you come home to things still not fixed, many of the vendors have complained about their communication . The units are small, old... and out dated. This place just covers up issues instead of fix the root problem. Please do not believe front off if they say they didn’t know about an issue in an apartment because they do!!!!! The property manager told me she could gaurantee an apartment without an issue. Management has changed several times. The units are outdated. The elevators experience frequent malfunctions. Parking is horrific. Please do not consider.

The Front desk employee is great! This apartment offers lots of living space and is located near the metro station and various shops! I love that there is a small lake, play grounds, and walking trail right out back!

This apartment complex is perfect in that there are only two apartment buildings on the complex. I have resided here for more than a decade and the price for the location is great! It's close enough to walk to more than one shopping center and Metro is also walking distance. Not too far from the Redskins stadium and close enough to catch public transportation almost anywhere else in the DMV. The neighbors are nice and keep to themselves for the most part.
