RENTERS BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY!!!
I lived in this property for 3 yrs. After numerous changes of Mgrs/Mgmt the building as taken a toll and has depreciated with the rude new manager Ms. Carter who is unprofessional, refuses to reply to emails or even meet with you. I retired from Leasing, mgmt and delegated 7 residential housing properties and have never seen such poor mgmt. I like to really know if she's legally licensed to manage properties unless it's not regulated in VA. Also legally can you refuse in house residence not... to attend open house? Transferring from a horrific apartment you're not allow to transfer current security to new apt,? Where is it legally on the lease contract thst you have to pay a transfer fee of $400.? The apartment is unhealthy and not safe for seniors. Oh no painting at least every 3 yrs.? It's unhealthy not to get a fresh paint job or replace flooded floors which can be toxic and unhealthy you. Ms Carter needs to be replaced. All other managers would greet and make you feel you want to live happy in your home. I missed them. Esther, her assistant is a gem but limited to help us! I'm warning you your parents and even yourselves are at risk. So MANY residence have left due to the manager and the surprise increases they issue. View the low rental but prepare yourself to a risky increase the following year! They increased the old timers an astronomical increase. This is not a government cap property so you're at risk!! Good luck!!!
