MANAGEMENT (GOLD OLLER) DO NOT CARE
I submitted a service request via the portal over a week ago regarding the malfunctioning AC unit in the unit. Currently, there is no air circulation throughout the space, which is a critical issue as we approach the summer season.
I have not received any communication regarding the status of the request or when someone will be coming to inspect the AC unit. It has been over 7 days since the request was submitted, and there has been no update from management regarding the situation. As a result... , I am facing another weekend without proper air circulation.
It is disappointing to see a lack of responsiveness from the management team, as maintenance requests are not being handled promptly. While maintenance staff may be seen relaxing in the office, residents are left waiting for their work orders to be addressed in a timely manner.
