They do not fix things, NEVER. I lived there for two years and the bathroom ceiling was always leaking. They painted it and that was it! One day later, the ceiling was like nothing happened (of course). On top of that they do not do anything about the rats and other pests. Look somwhere else... If I could put zero stars, I would.

Southridge apartments is a local living area that is close to all the local hot spots and is easy to get to all the sprouting ares fast and easy with no problems

3rd year here and I love it. Neighbors are very sweet. Quiet neighborhood which is such a huge plus. Amenities are good and they just installed new washers and dryers which work great!

Great location. Spacious apartments. Wish the owners would renovate the exterior and entryways.
Taking care of the rats in the parking lot would be a great start.

It’s a good place to live minus all the rats outside and lack of maintenance. Overall it’s a big apartment space, no roaches or mice inside the home
