Maintenance team is top notch and always responsive, however, the office staff are very slow about addressing serious issues. Cars get broken into and county-mandated security cameras have yet to be installed despite the first incidents occurring over a year ago. Increased loitering and smoking in the hallways and spiking vacancies.

Lived here for 3 years.
1. Quiet environment which I appreciate
2. Maintenance team is top notch. They are always very helpful and responsive
3. I have never had issues with packages delivered until last year when parcels delivered to the front door mysteriously disappeared
4. This is a smoke-free community however individuals will still smoke marijuana in the community especially in their homes and the smell comes all the way to my bathroom space which I do not appreciate

I really like living here. It is an awesome place to live and is very comfortable. It is also in a good location. The shopping center is close by and I can get to a lot of essentials in this area.

The apartments are very nice and clean upon move in. has a fireplace which is nice also pets allowed. some of the apartments offer a view of the lake behind it.

Wonderful place to live. Quiet and friendly neighbors, excellent leasing office staff and maintenance crew. Access to a range of amenities including secure exercise facility and amazon lock boxes. Location give access to nearby shopping centers.
