I am writing to provide feedback on my overall experience with your management services, which I would rate as a "2" on a scale of 1 to 5. I have encountered several ongoing issues that significantly impact my satisfaction as a Resident. These include the following:
1.) The persistent RODENT problem in the community is a major concern. This issue requires immediate and effective measures to ensure the health and safety of all Residents.
2.) Parking Challenges: Pango Parking, Towing and other... parking regulations need to be reevaluated. Residents should be issued a temporary pass for their guest and allowed a temporary pass for 24-48 hours. There are several unoccuppied visitor parking spaces throughout the community.
3.) The INTERNET SERVICE with Verizon is poor. Unable to use multiple devices /streaming. Severe buffering. Verizon doesn't have the coverage to provide FIOS at this location which leads to dial-up connection speed ie. 5 megabyte service.
