Overpriced with thin walls
While the Hamptons looks nice on the outside once you live there for a few months you see what it is. First off the rent prices are astronomical. They raise the rent by crazy amounts at the end of every lease. Next the walls and floors are so thin. There is some expectation of hearing other people in an apartment complex but you really hear everything. Next the maintenance staff will ignore your issues. When our washer broke they came and told us to “try running it again” without even looking at... it. They never came to fix it after that first visit so we had to fix it ourselves. The property owners are tough to deal with and will squeeze every penny that they can out of you when you try to move out. Stay away from the Hamptons.
