0 stars terrible!!

Couldn't wait to move from rodents damage to mold they could never quite fix problems only put band aids on it and the problems came back and they ignore you for months I had water damage from a leak upstairs and took 6 months to fix the wall and it already started to crack a few months later. Everything and the electric is out dated they care more of what the outside looks like than the inside. They have no amenities just a convenience of being close to public water access and park that gets… trashed and has unwanted crowds dealing drugs at night. Rent kept going up and wasn't even worth staying they also can't keep anyone in the leasing office you can complain about the same thing to 5 different people and nothing still gets done

Terrible place to live

Absolutely terrible place to live. I have been here for two years with nothing but troubles, I am looking forward to moving out due to all of the issues. The buildings are extremely old and outdated, only 2 receptacles per a room at best. Many buildings have mold (in multiple units within the building) with the residents having to be relocated to other locations. Have also had rodent issues (rats, mice, and bats). The park down the street keeps getting vandalized (trash cans and benches get… flipped over), people normally go there to smoke pot bringing an unwanted crowed after hours. My vehicle and my husband's vehicle have been hit and we have had multiple flat tires due to roofing contractors leaving supplies around. Plus when you get evicted they literally toss your belongings to the street for passer by's to pick through.

Please be aware that we have a very precise and detailed program within our computerized… service records that logs in when mold/mildew is originally detected and generates follow up tickets at 30 day intervals automatically. Relative to your report of rodent issues in your home or in common areas, please make certain that our Stansbury Manor office is contacted whenever you feel you need service. We maintain a very close communication with the local district of the Baltimore County Police and we have not been advised that they have observed or experienced any negative issues related to the County Park.However, if you are aware of specific illegal activity is taking place, we urge you to contact the proper authorities. Lastly, eviction proceedings are orchestrated by the court system and we must follow suit through a specific process that preserves both the rights of the landlord and the tenant. Thank you again for expressing your concerns.

Extrodinary Apartments

A beautiful and peaceful waterfront oasis awaits you at the Stansbury Manor apartments. Nestled in a quiet corner of Middle River this is a fabulous and historic building equipped with all of the modern conveniences and a spacious and lush outdoor area perfect for singles as well as families, kids and pets. Many apartments have decks and options for one, two or three bedroom townhomes. This property is impeccably maintained, safe, and very near shopping, and fantastic restaurants, However, it… is also far enough away from the city to give one a feel that they are in a quiet countryside location. If you are looking for a wonderful and quiet living space, Stansbury Manor is the right place for you.

A Wonderful Place to Live!

I absolutely love living in Stansbury manor. It's in a great location, on the water, near a park and a boat slip, close to White Marsh mall and lots of restaurants. I rented sight unseen due to a job move and couldn't be happier! You will love it here!

Great Place to Live!

I rented my apartment sight unseen due to a job move. I was so thrilled when I arrived to my new home. The staff was excellent and had a little welcome packet waiting for me with helpful info about the neighborhood. Close access to MARC train, water views, large open spaces, friendly neighbors and very quite. Close to White Marsh Mall, The Avenue and downtown Baltimore. I couldn't be happier and I'm sure you will love it too!
