Overall, it is a nice community in a great area. Time will tell about the living experience. However, I have noticed that all leasing office personnel are adequately trained to communicate , accurately regarding the community.

The community is quiet with polite neighbors. The leasing office/corporate has frustrated me with now having my rental payments situated properly although they are paid on time and I get automated text messages and a notice placed on my door. I have put in a maintenance request and it’s 3 weeks later and hasn’t been completed, although I’m receiving emails about feedback as if it has been completed.
