Inconsistent utilities
Water turns off at least once a month (wish I was exaggerating) and there was a major gas leak a couple weeks back. We weren't told about the leak until hours later, I saw a news truck pull up before we were notified. (Just to clarify, as far as I know the evacuated buildings knew right away). We also were informed we'll be paying utilities now, which would be fine if it was only for our unit and not split between residents. We also have to run our water all the time before it comes out clear,... and I'm concerned about that cost and the waste of something outside our control. I shouldn't have to worry about having gallons of water stored.
