Niece area, but mice live under the stone rocks in the community. If your child leaves their bike, scooter, etc. Outside it gets thrown away by the groundkeepers or maintenance. I do like how they are always helping when you need them to fix something in your house.

It's never been a pleasant experience here in the last 7years but I had to stay because of my sons school and thank God! this is his final year so I don't have to deal with all of this next year.

I love living here because is so calm and the townhouse is perfect for our single family . Also the pool for summer is great and close to my place

The property & our apartment could have been updated a lil more for the price. The rental staff changed alot within the 3years of us being here. Even though, most of the issues in general; in the apt & community where handled, it takes a few times to get it done.
