Great location, beautiful property

Close to Red Line Metro. Controlled access buildings, Pool, Great Landscaping.

Bothering inspection, no freedom of your spaces - DON'T move here!!!

No space freedom: - they tell you what you can use for the spaces you pay for. They conduct a bothering inspection every few months, telling you do this and that. They bring back the same inquiry you settled in the past.

Mice are common and anyone planning to move there should plan to share food with them.

Moreover, the Faller Management staff (manager & assistant manager) don't care about individual residents' problem, but they try to build social connections among the community through… gathering people for movie night and on the go breakfast once in a while. When you live at a place for years, you feel like you belong there, but they don't, they do superficial things not to help. Have bad experiences, just don't want to mention more.

But the maintenance guys were great!

Great Apartment near the Aspen Hill Area

Aside being really close to many shopping centers and the Georgia Ave. route, this place has a lot more to offer.
It is very clean and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues you may have. The rooms are very spacious. Many of the staff at the leasing office are very kind and are also bilingual, which really made things easier for my Spanish speaking parents to understand the leasing process.

Great Customer Service

I would like to start off that we have an amazing staff who is always willing to help. In particular our Assistant Manager Josabeth is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about everything and always goes the extra mile for us. I highly recommend talking to her if you are looking for great service.

Amazing customer service from all fronts! When ever I needed something from maintenance to administration Hewitt Gardens helped me immediately. Special mention to Josabeth in management for all her great work!
