a headache
we applied for an apartment with good credit but got no call that we weren’t approved instead had to read it via email. unprofessional and when we called to find out the problem they said they already gave the apartment to someone else.

Great experience!
I have lived here for a year and I like it a lot, the maintenance team is super efficient, I had no problems with any type of insect and I am very well attended by the team whenever I need something. I recommend it, Ketlen.

Wouldn’t recommend
Since I first applied to this apartment they made it seems like everything was in perfect condition and every apartment was updated with install microwave etc etc. A bunch of lies and lies once I moved in to the apartment wasn’t what they said it would be. They also left out a lot of information that I should of been informed about. They place is a bunch of crap and lies. When you need them to fill out paper or ask to send you copy of something they won’t ever do it or start complaining. They... place have the worst management ever. Once my year lease is over I am so leaving these apartment worest place ever.

Living Experience
The people in the office are RUDE and EVIL not friendly at all. They are only friendly when you first come in to look at the apartment or to rent after that they act like they don't know you. The cleaning lady is also like them, she's not friendly at all. Other than that, Northgate is a friendly neighborhood to live in just not the people in the office. I am not sure if they are racist or just don't like certain races. The apartment is always clean and quiet. if they change the workers in the... office then it will be completely be a nice friendly neighborhood.
