Terrible customer service
Very unprofessional. Attempted to respond to a voice message requesting documents but was unable to speak to a live person for 3 days. Finally was able to reach someone in the office who was unwelcoming and completely unprofessional. I have great rental history, sufficient income and I am an excellent renter (can be confirmed). I guess since this is income based; their standards for professionalism is different. Anyhow, I scheduled the appointment to come in but in my attempt to understand if I... needed to bring an additional 6 months of verification or if I could just add 3 to the already 3 I submitted; the rep became annoyed and rude. I addressed the rudeness and we ended the call. I did not switch my appointment or ask for cancellation. However, after the call, I received an email alert that my application was canceled, though not by me. If this is the experience that renters in your community have while spending their hard earned money; it is truly sad. Home should be welcoming!
