NO HOT WATER
Solaire didn't have sufficient hot water for A YEAR during covid, they lied about the construction which is constant. Then they tried to raise the rent!! Check other review sites, multiple tenants are complaining. They shut down the water almost every week and it's been like this for months. We didn't have hot water during Christmas! It was freezing! Awful property managers, do yourself a favor and look some where else.
