disappointed
So disappointed with this apartment. Terrible communication, maintenance does not respond to requests, they send extremely important letters about rent renewal via snail mail so by the time you receive the letter it’s too late to cancel the lease. Not willing to work with us even though we’ve been loyal tenants who have never had a late payment. Massive cracks in the walls so our BGE bill ends up being $250 in the winter months because they won’t seal up the cracks. We even had the temperature... set to 60 degrees just to keep the price down. Just so so disappointed with this place.
