Chatterton At Five Farms

We have lived here for a number of years because we like it. The apartments are in a secluded subdivision populated by renters & homeowners. There is easy nearby access to I-83 and the Beltway. The grounds are lovely, manicured, & maintained. The apartments have a full-size washer & dryer, and a working fireplace that gets a lot of use. Garbage disposal & recycling bins are in the parking lot. The staff is always willing to go the extra mile for residents. In the winter, the maintenance folks... are out plowing the parking areas. Graul's Market has a store just down the road in a mini shopping area. There are plenty of apartments in the area, but we stayed here.
