Little Gem

This apartment complex is updated on the inside, so you have great wood floors and appliances. With walk in closets and open floor plans, these one bedroom apartments are perfect for a single young professional or a married couple. Unlike any other apartments in Ann Arbor, these are incredibly affordable and come with complimentary heating and water. If you're looking for the perfect place to settle down and relax, with great staff and well maintained buildings, this complex is for you.
