I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and it’s been a beautiful experience. I recommend it to all of my friends. The office staff is exceptionally helpful, especially Tiffany! 10/10 would live here forever if i could.

A/c systems here suck, the vents are wacky you can’t feel it in some rooms.
They told my neighbor that you won’t feel it in the other room because how they installed the vent system.
They’ll say your A/c is fine just by hooking up something to the side of it, and disregarding what you say about it.
Don’t come to this apartment if you like to cook because the stove is the worst stove you’ll ever cook on.

These apartments were built in the 1980's and very few have any of the upgrades and amenities listed here. The appliances and fixtures are all original. Common hallways are not cleaned and trash is everywhere. Car break-in's are a regular occurrence. There is no night surveillance. My apartment was broken into through the patio door. My car was vandalized. I reported it to the office and was told to call the police and have them dust for fingerprints.

Tiffany was absolutely amazing she had faith in me during the application process and called back a day or 2 later with the great news of being approved for my first apartment. Although I wasn't able to view the unit until my move in day I came to check the grounds of the complex and loved how peaceful things were. Upon moving in I received my keys with ease! The unit is spacious and tons of storage. I love the balcony view and the size of the closets in the bed rooms. Maintenance came out same... day when I called to chat with the leasing office. They even assisted me with getting my laundry card. I love how nice my neighbors are and how great they communicate. Even though laundry is not in unit it's very easy to access and won't leave you far from your home. Eastwood Village is clean the carpet was getting steamed upon moving in and that made me even more happy. I love it here and would definitely recommend. My toddler fees safe here and neighbors are friendly to him too
