I have been living here about 2 years or longer and the office works with me and helps me and is very understanding people I give 5 stars because when you need something fixed they come! I’ve never had a issue speaking or contacting the office! Thank you again arbors apartments!!!

First Apartment

My daughter is moving in to her first apartment. We went and viewed her apartment and she fell in love with it. I was very nervous about her moving out but the manager has made me feel better about this situation. She has made my daughter feel very welcomed to the community and has taken the time to talk with her and answer all her questions. I think she is going to be very happy there.

Great

This the first place, that I didn’t let the reviews scare me away lol. I never had a bad experience, neighbors make noises probably one day out the week on Fridays. Which is no big deal. It’s safe in the summer. Overall it’s a great choice. My favorite it’s the small lake and walk trail in the back

Such a joke.

Literally takes months to fix anything. Our cars keep getting broken into every single night, yes we lock our doors. The office refuses to add more security they won’t do anything about our missing or stolen items. I can’t wait to get out of here

We're disappointed to see this portrayal of our community. There are certain things that we have limited control over, but we always urge our residents to reach out to the appropriate authorities if they believe a law has been broken, as they can... help in ways we cannot. When it comes to maintenance concerns, our team always strives to take care of any issues as quickly as they can, depending on when work orders are submitted. We'd be glad to discuss all of this more, so feel free to stop by the leasing office if you'd like to.

Has potential

Overall a decent place to live. Staff is friendly, they try to keep it clean, but I just wish they would do something to control the kids running through/trashing the hallways. I’ve rented from a variety of places and have never witnessed such disrespectful kids.
