I have definitely enjoyed getting settled into the community. Maintenance has been great and all situations have been rectified quickly.

Impossible to get ahold of agents or schedule a viewing.
I’ve been trying to get ahold of the agent for about 6 weeks now to view an apartment. Finally managed to schedule a viewing and Lo and behold! They did not show up. It looks like the building is nowhere near fully occupied and they keep swapping out the unit listings for each other frequently when there is no way there’s that much turnover. The building is in a good location but trash out front and the No-show of agent made me think it is not well-managed. Basically, they are just plain sketch.

The management here is terrible
For this to be a old building, problem will accur but this management is never reachable, not on site and will blatantly ghost you. My ceiling leaked for 2 weeks during the spring thunderstorms and they closed out my maintenance issue without notifying me just so they can say it was completed in 12 hours and not compensate. Kelcey change her number all the time and don't update the residents I had to get the number from a new tenant moving in. My last straw was the fire alarm going off in the... hallway for 6 days after a fire on the 2nd floor and Kelcey ACTING like she didn't know anything about it even though I talked to the maintenance and texted her and her assist. Once again, no compensate even though I could not sleep 2 of those nights it went off all night long from 11pm till I went to work the next more. ESSENTIAL is not bueno. I have a laundry list of problem but all of this was just from June
