Think twice before you move here!

I lived here? for 2 years and I replaced several tires and 2 windows on my car. That was 2 years ago and a friend told me 17 cars was broken into and that was 6/5/2017. Nothing has changed!!!!

Pretty decent area

I lived there for about 5 years. The area is ok, people still jog by themselves around the area, so I figure thats a good sign, but a few times out the year, there may have been crime there inside the apartment complex like catalytic converters being taken off older model cars and a time when a couple of cars got robbed of their tires and the car owners woke up with their cars on bricks. So I advise you to get locks for your tires and get an alarm system and a steering wheel club for your cars... if you will live there because they do not have a security guard. Also, Park as close to your apartment as you can, that way, you can keep an eye on your car. I suggest getting a apartment upstairs than downstairs.

Every year, for anyone that is over 18, you are going to have to provide the landlord with proof of ALL income in your household, Pay stubs, Retirement check, your (401)K, your bank info, your life insurance, and ALL of your assets, no matter how long you worked at your job and even if your income never changed and just in case they think you're lying, they will have a third party send out paperwork to whatever company you told them where your income comes from, to make sure everything is accurate. And , If you dont give them the info in time, they will slap you with an eviction letter until you give them what they want. They are a tax credit apartment, they get a tax incentive from the state , thats why they need your income info. Living there, you get a discount every month on your gas and light bill, which is great.

Over the years, they moved parents in with kids and some of the kids dont be watched by the parents. I saw kids as young as 3 to 5 years old walking across the parking lot by themselves trying to follow the other kids around and no one holding their hands, which was a big concern. Some kids are badder than others, in which they had several meetings about parents not watching their kids. So, just keep an eye on your car more during the summer, the kids are outside playing more.
