Absolute No!!

They have a policy where you have to pay the application fee and get approved before you can even view the apartment! That’s unheard of, I may decide I don’t like the bathroom and change my mind and now you have ran my credit and took my money. per Dina or Zina the manager you may view online. You know good and well them pics more than six months old. Girl bye ?? DEFINITE NO FOR ME!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE

I was 19 when I first moved in and it was an Absolutely traumatizing stay in infinity park EVERYTHING about it was complete hell. They REFUSED to fix anything for me and I paid them $3500 to move in with 6 months rent paid and they couldn’t fix ANYTHING in those 6 months. I wrote them a letter and they didn’t respond but continuously sent rent notices. the women in the office are of no help to figuring out your situation have lied to my face on multiple occasions and are just overall... disrespectful and just wanna go home.they aren’t professional whatsoever the main office to the complex looks like a daycare cause everyone brings their kids to WORK. The maintenance people never helped and new my address by heart and my name and still would say “I’ll be over there” and never came and fixed anything . In the 2 years I lived there I had 2 working outlets very low, water pressure, no screens in most windows, no heat, no air and the apartment was DIRTY when I MOVED IN and I had to clean it but when I was applying for an apartment they showed me a brand new clean apartment. I refused to pay rent because I had the city of Detroit come and check my house and THEY said the apartment wasn’t up to code and it wasn’t my fault. After not paying my rent they took me to court and DID NOT PROPERLY NOTIFY ME which I wish they would’ve because I likely would’ve nailed them to the wall with the documents I had. After being taken to court and not told about it I was evicted at almost 7 in the morning and the men acted as though I wasn’t human I asked for them 10 MINUTES to get my things together before they start taking things out of my house they disregarded my request and continued to take things anyway and chased my cats out of my house. If you have nowhere else to go I still wouldn’t recommend living here there are plenty of other low income areas in the city. Stop supporting people who don’t care about their tenants only the money cause when they aren’t getting the money your well being isn’t important.

Terrible Place To Stay

This a very terrible place to stay I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in here. Everything is bad starting from the leasing office to the fake maintenance guys they have to some of the tenants. The manager of these apartments/townhouses is very terrible they don’t keep up with the property. It’s trash everywhere, they don’t take care of the grass it’s never cut. The security doesn’t work police are always in there. Poor maintenance when it comes to the care of the property. They can’t supply... anything that you need they ask you to buy you own stuff things that they are supposed to supply. They also pick up used appliances from the curb & install them in peoples units once again do not move here.
