LOVE IT!!!!!
GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! New resident here! Applied with Aaron, the leasing agent who walked me through the application process was very patient and welcoming anytime I would drop by or call never made me feel like I was a burden or pest like some places do. He always made me feel like he wanted me to join the Orleans Landing Community as much as I wanted to join! Unfortunately, Aaron left the company but I was followed up with Ryan who stepped up and picked up where he left off in aiding me... into the actual move-in process and also making me feel wanted here at Orleans. I came to view my unit a week before my move-in date and both Ryan and James, the Property Manager were both swamped with other residents with issues both promised me that whoever finished with their resident first would show me my apartment so I told them to take their time, no rush, and I sat and waited patiently until they were done. Ryan finished first so he showed me the apartment. I LOVED the unit, however due to the previous tenant who had the unit before me the place was left in pretty bad shape but this DID NOT deter me, I still wanted the unit so I mentally prepared myself that there’s a possibility that I could have a slight push back on my move-in date which is why I chose the date I chose just in case this happened. Sure enough I received a follow up call from Ryan that they needed an 2 extra days to finish my apartment due to the condition the previous tenants left it in and I agreed with no problem because I saw the potential of what the unfinished product would look like finished so I was willing to wait it out. The 2 days came back and I received my keys and the apartment was GORGEOUS. There were a few things that needed tightening maintenance wise so I put the orders in this morning and Terrance, maintenance supervisor came and addressed all of the issues this afternoon. I am very pleased with how issues are being addressed in a proactive and timely manner and am proud to be a new member of the Orleans Landing Family!
