LOUD PINGING RADIATORS. Bring ear plugs to sleep!

The new management company, Modern City does nothing and there is no longer onsite management. SO MANY have moved because they won't fix the LOUD PINGING RADIATORS. You will need ear plugs AND 2-layers of pillows over your head to sleep. They also turned the hot water down so low that it's barely warm at best. Forget hot showers. The management company is HORRIBLE. All Modern City Management buildings have MANY BAD REVIEWS. This is just another one of many.
