Arbor Forest Apartments

This place has been home since I moved here and excellent management by Rashina! Close to MSU campus, Indian grocery store, Amtrack station, Salon, Boba tea place, Starbucks, Taco bell, Fresh thyme and many more! School is nearby for kids and park is right behind my apartment! Spacious and well managed! I would recommend this place to anyone who is moving to East Lansing! <3

I have been living in Arbor Forest Apartments for about five months now, and I can confidently say that I love this place! The community is safe, peaceful, and surrounded by friendly neighbors. The beautifully landscaped yard, filled with flowers, creates a serene and relaxing environment.

Rashina—she is incredibly kind and helpful. She takes the time to explain all apartment rules in detail and is always welcoming whenever you need assistance or have any questions. She also responds quickly to... emails regarding maintenance requests or any apartment-related concerns, which is truly valuable. Having a resident manager who is both kind and approachable makes a big difference.

I moved to Arbor forest a month ago, and so far my experience has been amazing! Since before signing the lease I got a lot of help from the management with all the steps, and moving in was very smooth. The apartment is VERY spacious and new (carpets, painting, appliances), and the whole building is quiet. I thought the train tracks would bother me, but they aren't bad (very similar or even better than traffic noise). Amenities are great (bike parking, laundry, storage), and the staff is super... friendly and helpful! The manager now (Rashina) is super helpful and efficient, and I never left her office without getting the assistance I needed. Maintenance is also super fast, and so helpful. 10/10 so far! For Starters, the management, Rashina, is amazing. Very friendly. Willing to work with you, whatever you need. My college daughter has lived here for just over a year. One week before MSU went online and the world basically shut down. I can NOT think of a better place for my daughter to have been during the past year, during this pandemic, and studying from home. The apartment has been amazing. She has been isolated, but the space is big enough that she isn't getting stir crazy. It is super... secure, quiet, beautiful, and the perfect place for a young student or professional (young and old). The location is fantastic, grounds very well maintained. Sidewalks kept clear and free of ice and snow always. Maintenance staff fast and eager to get anything fixed. Laundry and extra storage in the basement has been very convenient. Heat, gas and water included. She didn't freeze in the winter months, that's for sure. As a parent, I do not say this lightly: I have felt very secure and comfortable knowing my daughter has been in such a safe and friendly environment this past year. She has been very happy there. Such a short walk/drive to campus, so she can still go and walk around and feel like she is still part of the community. I can not say enough about this place.
