NOT GOOD
I’ve been living at The Abbot Apartments for quite some time now, and I can honestly say my experience has been disappointing, especially when it comes to communication. I’ve been trying to reach Alyssa, the property manager, for over three months. Despite leaving multiple messages with the friendly staff who answer the phone, I have not received a single return call or email.
This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, and it’s hard to understand how a business can operate this way,... especially when we, the residents, are paying the bills. Other tenants have also had similar experiences, with some still waiting to hear back after months of trying to get in touch with management.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be living in a place where management seems so disconnected from the people they’re supposed to serve. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and it really leaves you feeling like your concerns don’t matter. If you're looking for a place where management actually responds to their tenants, this is not it. I really hope they can address this issue soon, but for now, it’s been a very disappointing experience.
And also they put charges on your account and don't explain why they are there.
