Customer Service
Extremely poor customer service. I couldn't get through a phone call with the "leasing agent" he was rude and kept talking over me.
Also, he asked "What is your price range?" instead of referring to what the apartment is posited at. Seems fishy/off.
Either way that initial contact is so important especially in the housing industry. You want to feel heard and respected.
