Per the HUD HAP Agreement and Tenancy Addendum, a housing providers Lease Agreement is then no longer the controlling legal document between all parties. Qwest Property Management, LLC manages and represents the properties that our clients own. Many of our clients are not willing to give up control of their assets and prefer not to be forced into signing a 3rd party contract which trumps the terms of the Lease Agreement.
