We moved into the Kingsly building 3 years ago when it opened and love it! The location is great, offers restaurants, stores and close to downtown without all the traffic. Employees for the Kingsley building are professional and quick to respond to any needs. Residents are friendly and considerate of others. We would highly recommend the Kingsley building for anyone searching for a great place to live!

We moved to a new city in the middle of a pandemic. After painstakingly going thru all residential options prior to moving, we took a chance based on recommendations from a friend who said “if you’re going to move to GR, move to Eastown.” He was right...this neighborhood is littered with shops, breweries, restaurants, etc. Best of all, Kingsley Building was beyond what we expected. Everyone has been friendly and welcomed us to the area. The apartments are clean and spacious. Walls are thick... enough where we don’t hear neighbors. Repairs (although minimal) have been quick. The covered parking has been crucial. In summary, if you are thinking about a new place to live, we HIGHLY recommend Kingsley!
