Best place to live minus "Fitness Center"
The fitness center is a joke. It's so small and there are no free weights as advertised. It maxes out at 3 people.

I like these apartments because they are above UICA, so they are more removed from street noise, have an amazing high view, rooftop fireplace, & very modern ammentities.

Noisy at all hours thanks to the police headquarters nearby whose parking gate alarm is unnecesarily loud. It sounds like your neighbor forgot to turn off their alarm clock on but no, this happens 24/7 and is at its worst at change of shift. Wifi is included but is slow and signal is unreliable most of the time. The gym is a joke but almost no one uses it.
The only positives are that the apt is nicely appointed, well insulated and everything works and people are for the most part pretty quiet.
