There are five 1-bedroom apartments with balconies and five 2-bedroom apartments with this beautiful amenity. Each unit has a bathroom... with a separate bathtub and shower. Great size, slow moving maintenance
I love the size and the beautiful structure of the building. The apartments themselves are are big 1000sqft plus. The issue is the management company moves very slow on repairs. Orders are put in to fix things, yet seem to take months to actually be repaired.

The Luxor Delivers!
I love The Luxor! Located in beautiful Palmer Park in Detroit, this building has huge bedrooms and living spaces, gorgeous architecture, and is in the perfect location. I'm 10 minutes from Downtown and 7 minutes from work in the suburbs. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and well-lit now that the streetlights have been all replaced throughout the neighborhood. New people are moving in all the time and there is a sense of community here. The building is well-maintained by an on-site manager... who has been here for 20 years and knows the building well.
