Very pleased with Cascade Apartments. Very respectful, very understanding, very reasonable, and also very helpful. However, what I'm really pleased about, is when I first viewed my apartment and seen how it looked (after I was told my apartment was going to be cleaned the morning of my move-in day), they were here within a quick minute or 2 to do a quick cleaning. Just very over all pleased with my move in process and everything it entails! Thank you for letting me experience this new chapter in... my life with you guys!

Quiet, far from the highway, good value for money in terms of space. Staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is quite accessible. There are lots of green spaces and places to walk a dog

High rental prices. Office staff are not personable or have no empathy for any situation. Don’t talk to them about anything they will report you in every way they can.

Ive been here a few years since my daughter was born and it's been the best experience. It's my first apartment on my own and then my husband later moved in. It's been the best introduction into renting. An amazing office staff who is patient and transparent. Maintenance is quick and consistent. Overall a 10/10
