Highly recommend!
My partner and I have resided in the newly developed apartment buildings for several months now and have enjoyed nearly every aspect of our experience here.
The application process was tedious and the website to submit your information to is dated and not the most user friendly, but that is not something controlled by the leasing office or the staff. The Property Manager and Leasing Agent were very responsive to any questions we had, which I deeply appreciated as this was a long distance move... that required much planning.
I was very impressed by the pricing! The monthly rent is beyond reasonable considering amenities like the attached garage, stainless steel appliances, "hardwood" LVT floors, window coverings, patio, and full-size washer and dryer.
As with any apartment home, noise does travel between units, but we've only heard walking and loud music (bass) - you cannot hear your neighbors talking, their washer/dryer running/etc. Unfortunately, we have some heavy-footed neighbors, but the leasing office has been nothing short of understanding and helpful in coming to a resolution.
All in all, I highly recommend Georgetown West to anyone in the market for an apartment (and I'm very picky, which says something.)
