DON'T DO IT!

Almost no repairs or maintenance in YEARS. Little to no communication from management, to the point they will not answer phones, lock the office doors, and deliberately ignore residents' communications. Security is non-existent, young people roam the property stealing, vandalizing, and harassing residents with zero follow-through from County Sheriff or management. Do yourselves a favor and go ANYWHERE ELSE!

Very poor management

Garbage everywhere,this place is loud loud.good luck with putting work orders In even if you do they still don’t fix it been a year with out hot water if that tells you anything..keep your money and run ??...

Great size apartments, trashes usually always completely full. Can hear neighbors walking upstairs.

Canterbury house apartments

Nice size apartments, but can hear people in the hallway . Very close to highway, can hear highway perfectly. Halls and outside are a bit dirty.

Even although this apartment does not accept Section 8 voucher. I like it the best I am still searching for townhomes.
