Beware: Hidden Costs and Poor Management
Avoid living here. It gets extremely cold in the winter, and they charge hefty fees for parking and electricity—more than a hundred dollars—without disclosing these costs before you sign the lease. The management team is the worst I've ever dealt with. After paying my rent, they switched to a new portal and then showed that I hadn't paid. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue with the manager, who promised to transfer the information, over a month later, it still shows as unpaid. Very... frustrating experience.
