Case Lofts is a boutique restored apartment loft filled with character and charm. Every loft style is different. Since 2001, Case Lofts has offered Lansing residents luxurious, urban, loft living. Case Lofts provides accommodations unlike any other... residential space in the Lansing area. As a renovated factory, each Loft space is different in layout and style, featuring beautiful maple cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (including washer, dryer, dishwasher), 18-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, bamboo flooring or wool carpeting, skylights, granite countertops, smart lighting in select units, back lighting in select units and more. Many of the unit have 2 floors separating the bedroom from the living space. Entries are coded and keyed for protection. Parking in an attached to the building, underground and HEATED. Case Lofts offers not only the best in location and comfort.

Great management and great location!

Great management and is a nice owner. Very responsive. The unit was awesome. 18ft ceilings, great lighting, brick walls, and conveniently located near everything. Garage is heated and safe. No complaints in the three years that I lived there.

Updated living in the heart of Lansing

This was the place I called home for 3 years. If not for needing a house with a yard I would stay forever. Pup friendly, great location, and now even better with Starbucks and Bobcat Bonnies directly across the street. The heated garage and stunning loft drew me in immediately. My unit had the old factory safe that was turned into a storage closet, and awesome rounded windows with the exposed brick. I love a building with history and charm! You get what you pay for here. The staff are always... responsive and the building is upkept. Justin is head of maintenance and also helped with somethings that were not in his normal scope, but just courteous. My partner, pup and I are going to miss the accessibility and the amenities, but we get to keep the memories built here. Great job to this team. Thank you for making our entry into Michigan great. If you don't want a mediocre cookie cutter apartment, this is for you.

Don't waste your time and money

Don't even bother with these. I was continually lied to during my dreadful year I was stuck living here. There was a water heater in my apartment that needed to be replaced for over 4 months, which was confirmed by a Consumers Energy employee. They lied to me every time I asked for it to be fixed until it completely broke in the middle of the first COVID-19 lock down and left me without hot water or heat for 2 weeks. I was not compensated in any way for this disgusting behavior and there were... many other instances where I was directly lied to by management. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Worst living experience of my life

Don't even bother looking at these. I was continually lied to about a defective water heater that needed to be replaced for over 4 months. It was so bad the a worker from Consumer's energy commented on it when turning our gas back on and he was hushed by the building manger in front of me. It finally completely stopped working and took my heat with it in the middle of the first COVID-19 lock down. It took them two weeks to replace and I had to leave my apartment during regular business hours... multiple times because of the gross incompetency of the maintenance staff. There were many other lies that were fed to me throughout my dreadful year with them. Save yourself the stress and do not even contact them.

Young Professional Downtown Revival

My apartment is Amazing! At first I was a little skeptical of moving to the capitol city but it has been an amazing experience.
The exterior lofts here are awesome. They utilize the industrial architecture of the exposed brick but with a new twist. Each unit has brand new stainless appliances as well as smart phone controlled lighting and thermostat.
Lastly the the biggest selling point to me was that no two were identical and each have characteristics that make it your own!
