I have lived in Lapeer Villas since May 2022 and it's been such a great place to live. The apartments are so nice! Also, the community is so well kept and it's nice and quiet. I've met some really great people too!!!

Lapeer Villas is a great apartment complex to live in. Even though it is a bit more pricey than the other living communities in Lapeer, it's worth a few hundred more! You get what you pay for. The other residents in the complex are great and it is a very safe area. If I had to do it all over again, I would make the same choice and stay here. Management and office staff are great and on top of everything.

I was one of the first people to move in August 2021 when they just finished the first building and just moved out at the end of my lease because we purchased a house, can’t say enough about this place and Kathleen in the office is very professional and cares a lot about tenants and the complex.
We had an issues with a dishwasher but it was addressed immediately, place is brand new so not much can go wrong.
They did tell us that they’re building couple more buildings there with community center... and pool but we didn’t stay long enough cause we knew we were going to by a house, they were working on it when we moved out.
Most definitely I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.
