I had a great experience.

I lived here for 2.5 years and I had no problems. The office ladies were very nice and approachable and they knew their stuff without even having to put you on hold to look it up. Anytime I had a maintenance request, which was only a few times, it was always done the next day and they always ASKED if maintenance could enter my apartment. I always said yes because I didn't care, but you don't have to let them in if your not going to be home. The maintenance guys were nice, older more mature guys... who were there to work, not see what was in your apartment.

They're always hosting events for the kids and family's year round... bbq's, movie night, etc.. and they send out a quarterly newsletter to let you know in advance what's coming up.

I moved out before the renovations started, but I've been in there since they've been completed and they are very nice!

Apart from it being super affordable, my favorite part about these apartments is that they butted up to Riverside Manor so I could take my son for a walk in a neighborhood community, not just an apartment community, and it was easy to walk everywhere... shopping, eating, down by the river, the YMCA (and to Munson Park if I wanted to get a good walk in).

Mr. hatethisplace

No privacy, maintenance is allowed to enter if your home or not. Doing renovations now and they work on the weekends and start at 7:30. I hate it here and if I knew then what I know now I would have never moved in.
